A teacher is an extraordinary personality. He knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to the entire society. He tries to link individual, society and country with each other. Construction and destruction both are in the hands of a teacher. He is like a lamp which itself lives in darkness, but illuminate others. He is like a ladder which remains constant on its place, but make others movable.
