A bizarre video has emerged of a driver sitting in his car while it is being forklifted by police.
The footage, shot in Handan, Hebei Province last week, shows the driver remaining in his seat as his car is being transported by a forklift.
Police reportedly used the forklift to move the vehicle out of the way after the driver broke the rules of the road.
