The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) secured major advances against opposition groups in the Eastern Ghouta area. SAA forces then reportedly destroyed the last opposition tunnel network connecting the area with nearby Damascus. The opposition-held Al-Qabun and Barzeh neighborhoods are now said to be cut off.
