Paul Ryan was nearly jumping out of his skin in excitement over the GOP replacement bill.
In this short clip, he happily guarantees that the bill will get enough votes to pass the House
His confidence is a little surprising, given the obstinacy of conservative GOPers, and the opposition from Democrats.
I guess he thinks he has a trump card in his sleeve. Get it. A trump card…. you get it.
And he says that it’s an “act of mercy” to kill off the Obamacare bill, which he calls a “nightmare.”
I wonder if Trump will push it completely, or back off and let it fail so that he can blame the Republicans. It will be fascinating to watch…
