Chances are Your Flight Wasn't Canceled and Your Bags Weren't Lost in 2016

The U.S. Department of Transportation says 2016 had some of the lowest rates of canceled flights and lost luggage since they started keeping track in 1987. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) has more.
