Virginia woman wins $1 MILLION payout after catching horrific bacterial infection that left her covered in boils from a pedicure at a nail salon
Samantha Payne received pedicure at Red Nails of T & I in Richmond, VA in 2012
3 weeks later developed 'pimple-like sores' on her legs determined to be cutaneous mycobacterial infection
She filed a complaint against the salon and after an investigation a state board revoked its license
Also filed suit against the salon for more than $1m and won just over $1.05m
Salon owner Thu-Huong Thi Vo did not appear in court
