Hyperloop Transportation Technologies is setting up a development facility in Toulouse, France. The city is providing a 37,674-square-foot facility and some outdoor test space at a former military baseFree of charge. The Hyperloop system is a high-speed form of transportation that consists of a capsule that shoots through a low-pressure tubecan at speeds of up to 760 miles per hour. According to the company, construction and operations costs should be low, leading to low ticket prices.
