My neighbor gave me a 40 lbs stingray. As you can see here...battle fought fiercely with pure will and strength.....We won!. Thuy and Nancy rules!
Actually, I must have look over a dozen videos on youtube on how to prepare and to cut this fish. It looks so easy on video....but it's not easy at all. For this first timer...not too bad.
