Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Random Gameplay on GTX970 (Ultra-1080p)

Just a random AC Syndicate gameplay (spoiler free) on the GTX970. Game is running on Ultra and 1080p. It works 1k times better than Unity. Average FPS between 45~60.
