The Republican presidential nominee seemed to allege to supporters at a campaign rally in Golden, Colo., on Oct. 29, that not all mail-in ballots may be counted, but he urged them to still send in their ballots. Trump said, “we are trying to have some pretty good supervision of people collecting ballots.”
