Footage has emerged from China of a large group of people rushing into the sales department of an estate agents because they're so desperate to buy a house after prices suddenly plummeted.
The video, filmed in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province on Saturday, shows the excited crowd stampeding through the doors, injuring several people in the process.
