ULALALAB, a Korean technology company has developed an IoT platform called the wimfactory. The technology enables user to monitor manufacturing via mobile phone: provide log reports about factories’ production and their operation, Predicting the problems on facilities through big data analysis, Applying smart factory without replacing or changing the current
production facilities. Application of this application is very expensive and therefore not within the reach of small factory operators. But wimfactory is specially made to cater for the budget of small factories.
