Recipes -
Ingredients :
Slice Bread - 10 Slices
Semolina (Suji) - 1/2 Cup
Yogurt - 2 Tbsp
Rice Flour - 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 inch piece
Green Chili - chopped 3-4 nos
Curry Leaves - 8-10 nos
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water- As Req.

Method :
1. Cut the edges/sides of all the bread slices and sprinkle some water to make it soft.
2. For batter - In a mixer add suji, yogurt, ginger, chillies, curry leaves & rice flour & grind it.
3. Add water as required while grinding, add bread slices to it & again add water to adjust
consistency required for a batter texture.
4. Remove Batter in a bowl and check for proper dosa batter consistency.
5. Adjust salt to the batter.
6. Heat oil in a pan, add batterwith round spoon laddle in dosa style.
7. Spread oil evenly in the pan.
8. Cook from both the sides to form a dosa texture.
9. Serve hot with desired sauce as accompaniment.
