Judge tells puppy killer he would 'love to put him in a dumpster'

At Painesville Municipal Court on Monday, May 16, Judge Michael E. Cicconetti told Michael Sutton, who pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges last week, that he would love to put him in a dumpster.
