Actor-producer Akshay Kumar is known for being very particular about not shooting on Sundays as he believes in spending the day with his family members.
However, for his upcoming film ‘Airlift’, Akshay Kumar broke his self-imposed rule when he decided to shoot for a song for the film on a weekend. Elaborating on the song, director Raja Krishna Menon said that it is a number where after the crisis, Akshay's character reflects on happier days.
‘Airlift’ revolves around the evacuation operation that took place to rescue thousands of Indians stuck in Kuwait after the Iraqi invasion in 1990.
