Panaji, Apr 11 (ANI): US Defence Secretary Ash Carter began a three-day visit to India, seeking to advance a relatively new defence relationship. In a sign of the importance Carter places on improving defence ties with India, the visit is his second in less than a year. Carter,s tour kicked off in Goa, the home state of Indian Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar. Carter said his visit to India was significant because both the countries seek to make a better world for future generations.
