New Delhi, Apr 02 (ANI): Former home secretary and Governor of Sikkim B.P. Singh on Friday stressed upon the need for religious harmony, educational programming and a strengthening of institutions of governance within the country and outside to help maintain peace in the 21st century. Singh further said that peace could be attained only with good and ethical people from all walks of life. Singh was speaking to ANI during the ninth Upendra Vajpeyi Lecture in the national capital.
