Two more FIFA suspects enter pleas in New York court

US prosecutors on Tuesday tightened the noose in the FIFA corruption scandal by hauling Venezuela's former football federation president Rafael Esquivel before court in New York, and extracting a guilty plea from former match agent Miguel Trujillo.
