Gurgaon (Haryana), March 04 (ANI): Dr. T.D. Dogra, the author of forensic report on the Ishrat Jahan case, today asserted that the report submitted by his panel was authentic, adding that the SIT never communicated their views on the same. He further stated he is unaware of the proceedings that followed the report’s submission. A magisterial inquiry, SIT probe and CBI investigation - all had concluded that the 2004 Ishrat Jahan encounter was fake and the police’s claim of having fired at Ishrat in 'self-defence' was a lie.
