Leni Robredo, widow of the late interior secretary Jessie Robredo, said on Saturday she is always emotional whenever she's in Masbate, where Jessie died in a plane crash on August 18, 2012. She recounted the ordeal she and their three children had to go through during the search for what was then the missing plane that carried her husband. Jessie however became a symbol of an honest and hardworking public servant that many should emulate. Video and editing by Domingo "Nhoy" Morcoso III for INQUIRER.net
