Liberal Party's standard bearer Mar Roxas II didn't bite the bullet that his other rival, Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, fired recently at him. Duterte was earlier asked if he's willing to show his medical records after he was hospitalized for migraine attack. Duterte said he'd abide by that dare if Roxas will prove that he's circumcised.
