Belgaum (Karntaka), Feb 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reached Belgaum to address a 'Kisan' rally and to talk about the new crop insurance scheme launched by his government. He arrived in Belgaum as part of his tour to address the needs of farmers and tell them about Prime Minister Fasal Bima Yojana. Elaborate security arrangements are made to coincide with this visit of Prime Minister to the city.
