In Kuwait, a man shoots from his window a strange scene in the street. A passer likely Alcoholic, climbs onto the roof of a car on the road. The man seems to taunt a policeman standing next door in his company car. When the police officer out of his car, the man approaches him, starts dancing and the strike by surprise by giving him a violent kick to the jaw. The policeman immediately falls to the ground and the attacker then flees.
