We struggle to eat a healthy snack and instead gobble up on loads of unhealthy food. This smoothie should help solve that problem. Its also good for lactose intolerant people.
Ingredients:
10 no.s blueberries and raspberries
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 a banana sliced
1 tsp honey
1/2 glass water
1 scoop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)
Procedure:
1. Add all the fruits in the blender along with honey and water
2. Blend till smooth
3. Pour into a glass halfway and add whipped cream (if you are not lactose intolerant)
4. Pour in the rest of the Smoothie
