New Delhi, Feb 1 (ANI): Justifying the imposition of President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Monday said the Centre took the decision as per the Constitution.Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) general secretary Tariq Anwar, however, criticised the Centre's stand and expressed hope that the Supreme Court would pronounce its verdict in favour of the people of Arunachal Pradesh.Congress leader Pramod Tiwari echoing similar sentiments condemned the rigid stand of the Centre on the issue.
