Colombia: Peace Accord to be Ratified by Referendum

The Colombian Senate approved a bill yesterday to submit the final peace agreement currently being negotiated in Havana to a popular vote. The bill also mandates government financing for campaigns for a "yes" and "no" vote in the referendum. teleSUR
