Russia is preparing a draft UN resolution aimed at cutting off financing to terrorist groups, including ISIS. The jihadi group makes up to 1.5 million dollars a day from black-market fuel exports. The Russian government says it has proof that most of the oil sold by terrorists makes it way to Middle East markets via Turkey.
