Një pjese kabinetit qeveritar është zhvendosur ne Shkodër për inaugurimin e hidrocentralit te Ashtës. Hidrocentrali i Ashtës është ndërtuar gjate 30 muajve te fundit. E gjithë energjia qe do te prodhohet nga Ashta do te blihet te paktën për 15 vjet nga Korporata Elektroenergjetike Shqiptare.
