VLSIresearch analysts Andrea Lati and G. Dan Hutcheson come back with a Third Quarter 2015 update on trends in the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment markets. Conditions have worsened since they were first warned in the 1Q15 update of dark clouds forming over the electronics industry. In the Q2 update, last July, Andrea and Dan warned that these dark clouds had blown over to the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industry. They talked about the memory glut in DRAMs and more. This October, other Analyst organizations have chimed in with negative forecasts for 2015, making it a Blue Chip consensus of negativity.
