Shaker Aamer, the last British resident held at Guantanamo Bay, has been released after spending 13-years locked up without charge or trial.
He volunteered for a charity in Afghanistan back in 2001, where he was seized by bounty hunters and handed over to U.S. forces.
Two months later, he was transferred to Guantanamo Bay prison, and claims he was tortured while there.
