This video shows that the faucet is dripping causing the glaze to crack around the floor drain. The tenant claims that even though they decided to wait longer than 24 hours before using the tub, the faucet was dripping on a freshly glazed tub. When water touches the wet glaze (before it's cured) it causes it to bubble up, pop, crack and chip / peel away...
