140 lbs X 25 Reps in 1 min. @ 140 lbs
Personal all time record is 145 lbs X 36 Reps in 1 min. @ 145 lbs

My challenge that I created is to barbell squat your own weight for as many reps as you can in 1 min. If you weigh 150 lbs, then load on 150 lbs, if you weigh 200 lbs, then load on 200 lbs. Perform as many squats in a minute to determine how strong your legs are in comparison to your weight. You need to go down until your legs are parallel to the floor, so no half squats allowed.
