One of my goals is to be able to Bicep Curl my own weight. I weigh 145 lbs, if I can bicep curl 145 lbs just one time, I would consider that an amazing feat that not many would be capable of. What I am interested in, is whom is the strongest person alive pound for pound that is not on steroids or whatever performance enhancing drug. If someone weighs 225 lbs and he is curling 135 lbs, that is not impressive to me, but if he can curl 225 lbs, then that would be very impressive, that is if he is not on steroids. That is just one of my goals, to be able to curl my own weight.

As far as breaking the re-breakable boards are concerned. I don't mind breaking them because they are designed to break. I am against breaking real boards, as they are a waste of wood and you are basically killing trees. But these re-breakable boards are just as hard as the real wood and in addition you don't have to spend all that money buying boards to break to show off to people. I don't need to break a board to show off to anyone, but I don't have a problem breaking the re-breakable ones.

I think it is a good gauge of where your power is at for your size. This was the first time that I stacked two boards together to break, now I'm interested to see how I will do with stacking 3 together. Punching power is just so hard to measure, but I think stacking boards together like this to break is something worthwhile to demonstrate how deadly some of these techniques that we practice at FMK can actually be.
