Shia fighters being kept from Ramadi fight against ISIL

Iraqi forces have been facing strong resistance from ISIL in the battle for Ramadi. Sunni volunteers and the Iraqi army have been leading the fight, but Shia fighters are being kept back from the frontline, as Zeina Khodr reports.
