Prof Tariq Ramadan, Professor of Contemporary Islamic Studies in the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Oxford University, expressed his concern about the increasing use of symbols in Islam in the country such as the the use of Allah, Malay language bibles, hudud implementation and so forth.
He said that this offer dangers that populist leaders will exploit.
