PAS vice president Mahfuz Omar says disrespecting the family of former Kedah Menteri Besar Azizan Abdul Razak by hanging mannequins with amputated legs in Sg Limau was out of line - especially given how much Azizan suffered from the diabetes that led to him losing his legs.
