For the first time in Myanmar a gay couple have publically declared their relationship.
The couple celebrated their tenth anniversary with a celebration in Yangon in March.
Local media picked up the story and rumours of Myanmar's first gay wedding quickly spread.
Some people some see the announcement as a big step for the LGBT community.
The news however also caused public outrage.
