Generally, it becomes obvious! Although there are some occasions where people have heart attacks and then they don't know that they have heart attacks. The signs are, that generally, you feel pain in your chest - pain across your chest. Sometimes, a very crushing pain. You may also experience numb pains down your left arm and you may be gasping for breath, you may perspire a great deal, and feel noxious. Feel really quite bad, your lips may become quite blue.
If you think that you are having a heart attack, pick up the telephone and call the emergency services immediately, and get yourself to the nearest hospital in the emergency ward. Get someone else to take you. You need medical attention straight away.
Sometimes, people have a heart attack and don't know they have a heart attack. Maybe they were sleeping; it was a mild heart attack. Or they were just thinking it was wind. If you think that you have a heart condition, immediately de-stress; go straight away to the emergency of your nearest hospital.
