Scuffles broke out between protesters and police on Berlin's Rigaer Strasse, an area that has a large population of squatters who often put on events in the buildings which they live in. This is the third time this week that protesters and police have clashed in this part of Berlin. On Wednesday, police scuffled with protesters after they set up an unauthorized flea market.
