It was reserved handshakes and then relaxed smiles as the top diplomats in Vienna were announcing an historic agreement on Iran's nuclear programme. After a decade of tiptoeing around the deal, Tehran agreed to slash its nuclear ambitions, in return for Westen powers lifting their sanctions. However the accord is not as comprehensive as first seemed - with not everything agreed upon after all.
