The fastest 2 wheel 1 mile lap record has been broken by Terry Grant driving a Nissan Juke RS Nismo. It all took place at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, held in Chichester, which is south of London.
The time he had to beat was 2 minutes 45 seconds. He did the mile lap in 2 minutes 10 seconds! A new Guinness World Record!
Do not attempt this at home, the driver is a trained professional, and he broke the record on a closed track with officials recording the details.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed is a must see event for any motoring enthusiast. This year’s event went from June 25th – 28th.
