Valenzuela factory had sufficient exit points: BFP

MANILA - The slippers factory in Valenzuela City that was gutted by a massive fire on Wednesday, resulting to the deaths of dozen workers, had sufficient exit points, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
