The Laude family camp plans to file two separate petitions before the Supreme Court -- one, questioning the Olongapo court's decision to deny American murder suspect Joseph Scott Pemberton's transfer to a regular jail, and the other, questioning the denial of a live media coverage of Pemberton's trial.
