Pepe is a Pug with Special Needs, looking for a forever home.
Pepe is a puppy that is special needs. He is paralyzed in his hind legs. He was accidently stepped on by his previous family and they couldn't afford the treatment for rehab, so they relinquished him to Pug Nation of Los Angeles. Pepe has been going through therapy at California Animal Rehabilitation and is quickly regaining feeling in his feet and partially walking.
