Flying Fury requires you to kill 3 enemies without touching the ground and Deadly Detonation to kill 4 enemies simultaneously using Charge Flame.
These two can easily be done at once. A short time after you get the charge flame attack, you get to a new enemy type with spikes.
Once you kill it, it will spawn a couple of smaller enemies. Charge your flame attack and drop down on them or simple use it while jumping. You will get both achievements at once.
