Leaders of the 15 member Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will conclude their two-day summit today in Bahamas. They are discussing three main issues: the composition and financing of the Marijuana Commission, with a view toward legalization; the role of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in the support and development of the region's agriculture; and relations with the Dominican Republic.
