In Chapter 5 / Scene: Rules of Engagement, you will be introduced to silent takedowns. Although you will get another good shot at silent takedowns later on in chapter 11, you can pick up the trophy right here in chapter 5.
After you killed the guard, you can reload the checkpoint and repeat the takedown 6 more times.
