My mind... it is tired
This body is too weak
I am spent with all the effort
Of the oppressors I can't beat
No matter what I've tried
Nothing changes in the end
Ripped through with these resentments
There is nothing left to mend...
This is what they want
To see me fall and fail
But they've got another thing coming
When they look behind this veil
I can make a difference
I control what I can do
No one's going to enable me
I will fight to make it through
I'm sick of this cycle
Placing blame on one another
Make changes in your life
No depending just on others
Fight for what you want
Don't just sit and wait to see
Blaze your own path
