If I could fly I would fly away from all things bad,
As well as things that make me sad,
No one would know where I flew
Just somewhere beyond the blue
If I could fly I could go anywhere on Earth
I could fly for all I was worth
I could fly up to heaven and give the missed ones a hug
Then fly back home and get warm and snug
If I could fly I would fly over the seas
High above mountains and trees
Nothing to me would be a bore
And if it was I could take off and soar
