It's a large world out there,
If I never see it, there's nothing I'd undo,
Because who needs the world,
Nothing else matters, when I can be here with you.
You have inspired me,
To open my eyes, see life in a new light,
I now believe in true beauty,
I know why every morning, the sun shines so bright.
Why your life's been surrounded by disaster,
No one can explain, it's not anyone's decision,
And keeping you safe while we're together,
Is not just important to me, but my life's ambition.
I know you hate being protected,
I never thought you couldn't take care of yourself at all,
Just know I want to help,
Even if it's nothing, I can't take seeing you fall.
Sometimes you have fear,
But you're still stronger and braver, far above,
Any person I've ever known,
After all you've been through, you're still willing to love.
You make me the best person I can be,
I sometimes think it could never be good enough, it's true,
But I will always keep trying,
To become a better person, just for you.
